libccs-perl software package provides Red Hat cluster suite - cluster configuration module, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccs-perl
libccs-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccs-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccs-perl *
You will get with libccs-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
